"UMMARYSTATEMENT.
_resolution establishing County Road Project Nos. 998004 and
998005 and the award of contract for the structural overlay of Birch
Bay - Lynden Road (Blaine Road to Harborview Road) and
Harborview Road (Birch Bay - Lynden Road to Lincoln Road), to the
lowest bidder, Wilder Construction Company, in the amount of
$759,842.00.

RESOLUTION NO. 98 -056
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NOS. 998004 & 998005
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF
BIRCH BAY - LYNDEN ROAD AND HARBORVIEW ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 1998 Annual Road Program as
Item Nos. 9 and 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 998004 and 998005 are formally established for the Structural Overlay of Birch
Bay - Lynden Road (Blaine Road to Harborview Road) and Harborview Road (Birch Bay -
Lynden Road to Lincoln Road). The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder
Construction Company in the amount of their lowest responsive bid of $759,842.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
