The 1.998 Annual Construction Program has a project No. 13, the
replacement of Wickersham Road Bridge No. 125 Over the Samish.

Contract to the lowest bidder, One Way Construction Co. Inc., in the
Amount of contract to $259,150.00.

6 WHEREAS, This project is included in the officially adopted 1998 Annual Road
7 Program as item number 13,

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that CRP
10 997014 is formally established for the Replacement of Wickersham Road Bridge No. 125 Over
11 The Samish River. The Contract for this project is awarded to One Way Construction Co. in
12 the amount of their low bid of $259,150.00
