RESOLUTION NO. 98 -044
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 98 -8
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since August 14, 1990 and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 property be .declared surplus for the purpose of intergovernmental sales as per R.C.W.
7 36.34.130;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be. held on the 2,q _day of -July
1998, at 7 p.m., at the Whatcom county courthouse Whatcom County,
Washington; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
