HEARING AND NOTICE. OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX 1- 1 "1 -LE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 98 -6
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since December 5,1996 and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
8 sell by negotiation, as per R.C.W. 84.64.320;
9 Parcel #380333 - 135055 -0000 having legal description of:
10 SMITH -BEANS ADD TO SEHOME LOT 4 BLK 14

12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
13 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 28 day of
14 J�1998, at 7 p.m., at the Whatcom County Courthouse Whatcom County,
15 Washington; and,
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
17 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
