HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 98 -5
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been'the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since December 19,1997 and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
8 sell :

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
19 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 28 day of July
20 _1998, at 7 p.m., at the Whatcom County Courthousq Whatcom County, Washington;
21 and,
22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
23 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
