RESOLUTION NO. 98 -029
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 98-4
1 WHEREAS, the following described property, with the exception of parcel number
2 400106 - 2.17174 -0000, is now, and has been the property of the County. of Whatcom, State of
3 Washington since December 19,1997, and, parcel number 400106 - 217174 -0000 is now and
4 has been the property of the County since November 18, 1.902; and
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
6 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
7 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
8 sale of the subject property;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
10 sell :
11 Parcel 4400131 - 031326 -0200 having legal description of:
12 Cabana Club Condominium Unit 203 Undiv 1/48 Int in TSU C -30,
13 Consisting of taxes and foreclosure costs of $320.75;

25 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 30 day of June

27 and,
28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
29 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030
