RESOLUTION NO. 98 -028
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. '98 -3
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since December 19,1997, and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
8 sell
9 Parcel #405115- 030332 -0000 having legal description of:
10 PINCKNEY PARK 2ND CLASS TIDELANDS ABTG LOT 20
11 Consisting of taxes and foreclosure costs of $376.54; and,
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
13 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 30 day of June
14 1998, at 7 p.m., at the County Courthouse , Whatcom County, Washington; and,
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
16 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
