IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING WHATCOM COUNTY CODE 2.108
Commission Against Domestic Violence
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commission Against Domestic Violence to amend the
membership composition of the commission established in WCC 2.108; and
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Code can be brought into conformance with the following
amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
Whatcom County Code, Chapter 2.108.040(A) be amended as follows:
"2.108.040(A) Composition.
"6. One Whatcom County Court Administrator selected by the County Court
Administrators "Ehawom Cetwty i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that unless specifically amended in this
Ordinance, all other provisions of Whatcom County Code 2.108 shall remain in full force and effect.
ADOPTED this 26 day ofse2tembe ;3000.
