SUBJECT: Petty Cash Ordinance for AS -Human Resources
Human Resources has a need to establish a petty cash revolving fund in order to make
change for the public when charging for photocopies, and to have a small amount of
funds available for incidental purchases.
Enclosed please find an ordinance for presentation to the Council for this purpose.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A $30.00 PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND FOR
5 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES -HUMAN RESOURCES
6 WHEREAS, it is necessary for Administrative Services -Human Resources to
7 maintain a petty cash fund to accept payment and make change when the public
8 requests photocopies; and to make small purchases.
9 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that a Petty Cash Revolving. Fund -
10 Administrative Services -Human Resources is hereby established and the County
11 Treasurer is directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $30.00 on the
12 Current Expense Fund to establish the imprest amount of said fund.
