HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 00 -2
I WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
8 sell:
9 Parcel 370432-041467-0000
10 GLENHAVEN LAKES DIV 5 LOT I BLK 4
11 Tax -Title property acquired 12/5/96 T/C 1586
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
13 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 13 day of _June
14 2000, at 7 p.m., at the Point Roberts Senior Ctr., Whatcom County, Washington;
15 and,
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
17 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
