ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 902023 and
THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE SAMISH WAY OVERLAY FROM INTERSTATE
5. TO THE BELLINGHAM CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2002 Annual Construction
Program as Alternate Item No. 9
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 902023 is formally established for the Samish Way Overlay from 1 -5 to
Bellingham City Limits
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in the
amount of their bid of $ 1,734,765.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes
shown:
