RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -032
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 901005 and
THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF SLATER ROAD
FROM BNSF RAILROAD TO INTERSTATE 5.
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2002 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 901005 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Slater Road
Item BNSF RR to I -5;
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in the
amount of their bid of S 422,739.00;
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes
shown:
