Fallowing that date further review of that ordinance, a scrivener's error was made in the legal descriptions of Baker and Custer I Precincts. The Amended Ordinance changes the legal descriptions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that Ordinance No. 2002 -029 is amended as indicated in Exhibit A attached hereto. The first ward of the city of Bellingham, as the same is constituted as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, shall be divided into seven (7) precincts, which precincts shall be numbered, designated, bounded and described by the following: Precinct 11 Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Broadway projected with the outer harbor line; then northeasterly along the centerline of Broadway to its intersection with the centerline of Elm Street; then north along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of West North Street; then west along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Henry Street; then south along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Monroe Street; then west along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Cherry Street; then southerly along said centerline and Cherry Street projected to the outer harbor line; then along the outer harbor line to the point of beginning. Bellingham - Fourth ward.
