6 REVISION TO THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
7 THE PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATION PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND

9 WHEREAS, Whatcom County Ordinance No. 88 -49 established a Public Works
10 Administration Petty Cash Revolving Fund in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
11 DOLLARS ($100.00) to be paid from the Current Expense Fund; and
12 WHEREAS, the establishment of this fund improved the cash needs of Public
13 Works Administration; and
14 WHEREAS, the current fund level is not sufficient to meet the needs of current
15 operations;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
17 the Public Works Administration Petty Cash Revolving Fund shall be increased in the
18 amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) to a total of TWO HUNDRED
19 DOLLARS ($200.00) be paid from the Road Fund cash balance.
