ORDINANCE NO. 2002 -013
AMENDING ORDINANCE 2001 -054, THE 2002 WHATCOM COUNTY
UNIFIED FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on December 11, 2001, the Whatcom County Council
adopted Ordinance 2001 -054, the 2002 Whatcom County Unified Fee
Schedule; and
WHEREAS, Whatcom County's ferry rates are set forth in the Unified
Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Whatcom County Code 10.34, Ferry Rates,
will affect the 2002 Unified Fee Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council
that Ordinance 2001 -054 is hereby amended as indicated in Exhibit A to this
ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the amendment set forth in Exhibit A
to this ordinance will take effect on May 1, 2002.
Adopted this 26th day of February, 2002.
