NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that intersectional traffic control be modified at the following locations: 1) Install a stop sign westbound on Edgefield Drive at Governor Road, Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, W.M. 2) Install a stop sign northbound on Edgefield Drive at South Hills Drive, Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, W.M. 3) Install a stop sign southbound on Edgefield Drive at South Hills Drive, Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, W.M. 4) Install a stop sign eastbound on South Hills Drive at Yew Street Road, Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, W.M. 5) Install a stop sign westbound on Colony Court at Edgefield Drive, Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, W.M. 6) Install a stop sign northbound on S.
