RESOLUTION NO. 200 -081
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 141403
WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the County
and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
sale of the subject property by public auction subject to a restrictive covenant;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
8 sell:

10 SUDDEN VALLEY DIV 16 LOT 193
11 For the principal taxes, interest, penalty, title search and foreclosure costs total of S 876.35
12 to the highest and best bidder; and,
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing
14 on the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the L_day of January
15 2004, at 7 p.m., at the Council Chambers , Whatcom County, Washington; and,
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
17 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
