RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -080
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 13 -03
WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the County
and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
sale of the subject property by public auction subject to a restrictive covenant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
sell:

10 SUDDEN VALLEY DIV 16 LOT 191
11 For the principal taxes, interest, penalty, title search and foreclosure costs total of $ 876.35
12 to the highest and best bidder; and,
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing
14 on the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 13 day of January
15 2004, at 7 p.m., at the Council Chambers , Whatcom County, Washington; and,
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
17 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
