Now that the County -wide district revenue has been changed to a property tax levy, the Lynden /Everson Sub -zone formula has been reviewed and is recommended for modification. All revenue generated by the sub -zone is applied directly to projects completed within the boundaries of the sub -zone. This resolution will modify the formula for calculating fee rates within the sub -zone and will generate revenue for the sub -zone during 2004. The resolution is recommended for approval.
