RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -047
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 902006 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR "CAIN LAKE ROAD STRUCTURAL OVERLAY FROM SKAGIT
COUNTY LINE TO NORTHEAST CAIN LAKE ROAD."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2003 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 902006 is formally established for Cain Lake Road Structural Overlay
from Skagit County line to Northeast Cain Lake Road.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in the
amount of their bid of $ 928,955.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
