RESOLUTION NO, 2003 -046
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 901012 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "KWINA ROAD BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS FROM
DIKE ROAD TO LUMMI SHORE ROAD."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2003 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 901012 is formally established for the Kwina Road Bicycle/Pedestrian
Improvements from Dike Road to Lummi Shore Road.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Colacurcio Brothers Construction in the
amount of their bid of $19616,337.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
