ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 903007 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "SOUTH PASS ROAD BOX CULVERT REPAIR AT
BRECKENRIDGE CREEK."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2003 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 8
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wbatcom County Council:
That CRP 903007 is formally established for the South Pass Road Box Culvert
Repair at Breckenridge Creek.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Ebenal General, Inc. in the amount of
their bid of $116,196.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
