Hart, AICP, Director FROM: Roland Middleton, PG, PEG, AICP Land Use Division Manager DATE: December 10, 2002 SUBJECT: Determination of Practicable to Build for Parcel APN 380519 458211 As requested I have researched parcel APN 380519 458211 to determine the extent practicable to build. Information was gathered on the subject parcel by research of current land use and natural resources maps, aerial photographs and site visit performed on Friday, December 6, 2002.
