RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -52
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 903005 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "FROST ROAD SAAR CREEK BRIDGE NO. 242 CONSTRUCTION"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2004 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 5;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 903005 is formally established for the Frost Road Saar Creek Bridge No.
242 Construction.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Award Construction, Inc. in the amount
of their bid of $618,308.26.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
