ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 903009 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "LAKE WHATCOM BLVD. AUSTIN CREEK BRIDGE
REPLACEMENT #116 REPLACEMENT'
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2004 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 903009 is formally established for the Lake Whatcom Blvd. Austin Creek
Bridge 9116 Replacement
The Contract for this project is awarded to One Way Construction, Inc. in the
amount of their bid of $1,197,268.87.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
