ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 998023 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "SUNRISE ROAD WETLAND MITIGATION AT UPPER CLARK
PTT"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2004 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 998023 is formally established for the Sunrise Road Improvements from
Birch Bay - Lynden Road to W. Badger Road.
A Contract for this project is awarded to Colacurcio Brothers Construction in the
amount of their bid of $129,980.00 for the Sunrise Road Wetland Mitigation at
Upper Clark Pit.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
