ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 902004 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "LAKEWAY DRIVE/TERRACE AVE. OVERLAY BELLINGHAM
CITY LIMITS TO LAKEVIEW STREET
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2004 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 902004 is formally established for the Lakeway Drive/Terrace Ave.
Overlay Bellingham City Limits to Lakeview Street
The Contract for this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders in the amount of their
bid of $281,413.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
