ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 904008 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "SUBDIVISION OVERLAY, CRYSTAL AND MAPLE BEACHES, PT.
ROBERTS"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2004 Annual Construction
Program as Item No. 29;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 904008 is formally established for the Subdivision Overlay, Crystal and
Maple Beaches, Pt. Roberts
The Contract for this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders Inc. in the amount of
their bid of $319,405.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
