SUMMARY STATEMENT.• The Property Management Committee recommends that the resolution be passed to sell tax title property to Whatcom County Public Works to effectively meet the legal requirement for the disposal; Because the lot is too small, it is not practical to build on the property. Ref. RCW 36.35.150(2) Parcel No. 390124 353246 0000 The north 20 feet of the west 660 feet of the north 330 feet of the Southeast quarter and the west 30 feet of the east 40 feet of the north 330 feet of the west 660 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter all in Section 24, Township 39 North, Range 1 East of W.M., except any portion thereof granted to Whatcom County for road, AF 1572296 -298.
