9 ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 902011 AND THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR
t0 THE 'MOSQUITO LAKE ROAD HUTCHINSON CREEK BRIDGE # 157 REPLACEMENT.

12 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2005 Annual Construction Program as
13 Item No. 3;

15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

17 That CRP 902011 is formally established for the Mosquito Lake Road Hutchinson Creek
18 Bridge #157 Replacement.

20 The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company, in the amount of
21 their bid of $573,672.50.

23 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
24 Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
