RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -027
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 904021 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE "E. SMITH ROAD ANDERSON CREEK BRIDGE NO. 277
REPLACEMENT."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2005 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 37;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 904021 is formally established for the E. Smith Road Anderson Creek
Bridge No. 277 Replacement.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Strider Construction Company, Inc. in
the amount of their bid of $634,265.50.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
