11 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2006 Annual Construction
12 Program under Item No. 20;

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

16 That CRP 906008 is formally established for the Drayton Harbor Road California
17 Creek Bridge No. 38 Rehabilitation.

19 The Contract for this project is awarded to Associated Underwater Services, Inc. in
20 the amount of their bid of $118,819.00.
