RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -016
HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. TR2006 -06
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property
2 of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of
4 the County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County The Property Management Committee
6 recommends that the resolution be passed to effectively meet the legal requirement for
7 the disposal;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the
9 County to sell:
10 Tax -Title Parcel # 400131.031326.0119
11 CABANA CLUB CONDOMINIUMUNIT 109 - UNDIVIDED 1/48 INTEREST IN TIME
12 SHARE UNIT F-42

For the
principal
taxes, interest, penalty, title search and foreclosure costs total

to the
highest and best
bidder;
and,
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public
16 hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the
17 14 day of March 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Courthouse
18 Whatcom County, Washington; and,
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council
20 shall give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW
21 36.34.030.
