RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -012
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ASSETS OF THE EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT FUND BEING DECLARED SURPLUS AND TRANSFERRING
OF THOSE ASSETS TO THE GENERAL FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH WCC
1.10.150
WHEREAS, the following described property listed in Exhibit "A ", hereby incorporated
by reference, is now and has been the property of Whatcom County, Emergency
Management Fund; and
WHEREAS, the County Purchasing Agent has been advised that the property is surplus
to the needs of the Emergency Management Fund, Division of Emergency Management;
and
WHEREAS, the County Purchasing Agent has determined that the property is needed by
the General Fund for use by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
custodianship of said property is hereby transferred to the General Fund of Whatcom
County for use by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office.
