This request is to establish a $100.00 petty cash account for WC Public Works Design/Construction &
Stormwater for the purpose of making change for the public on departmental accessed costs and to make small
purchases.

ORDINANCE NO: 2006- 041
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A $100.00 PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND
FOR PUBLIC WORKS DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION AND STORMWATER
WHEREAS, if is necessary for Public Works Design /Construction and Stormwater to maintain
a petty cash fund to accept payment and make change when the public makes payments towards
assessed costs; and to make small purchases.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that a Petty Cash Revolving Fund — Public Works
Design/Construction and Stormwater is hereby established and the County Treasurer is directed to issue a
warrant in the amount of $100.00 on the Current Expense Fund to establish the imprest amount of the said
fund.
