(1) To appropriate $190,622 in Non - Departmental to fund transfer to the Flood Fund for Lake Whatcom
monitoring.
From the Flood Control Zone District:
(2) To appropriate $348,004 to fund the Lake Whatcom monitoring project.

ORDINANCE NO. 2006 -037
AMENDMENT NO. 11 OF THE 2006 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2006 -2006 budget was adopted November 9, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2005 -2006
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2005-
2006 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2004 -059 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein:
