AN ORDINANCE REGARDING INSTALLING STOP SIGNS
ON ENTERPRIS ROAD
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCW 46.61.200 and 47.36.110, it is found necessary
and expedient to modify traffic control signs on certain County Roads; and
WHEREAS, it was found that the existing intersection of Enterprise Road and Grandview
Road should be modified from a two -way stop to a four -way stop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
following be added to the Whatcom County Code Section 10. 16.890 as follows:
10.16.890 Generally.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to install the
appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff be notified by a copy of this ordinance.
