Supplemental #4 requests funding from the Conservation Futures Fund:
(1) To appropriate $482,500 to cover costs associated with the purchase of 5.7 acres (Sunnyside Estates) of
undeveloped property along the west shore of Lake Whatcom to be used for public park purposes.

ORDINANCE NO. 2005 -043
AMENDMENT NOA OF THE 2005 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2005 -2006 budget was adopted November 9, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2005 -2006
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2005-
2006 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2004 -059 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein:
