7 AN ORDINANCE REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF SPEED LIMITS
8 ON EAST KELLOGG ROAD

10 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council is authorized under RCW 46.61.415 to
11 establish speed limits on certain County roads; and
12
13 WHEREAS, a review was conducted by the County Engineer's office; and
14
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the speed limits be established as
16 follows:

19 25 mph on East Kellogg Road from James Street Road to the west end of the plat of
20 Spring Creek Meadows Phase 1, Section 7, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, W.M.

23 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to post the
24 appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff and the Washington State Patrol be
25 notified by a copy of this ordinance.

27 Provisions of this ordinance are hereby added to Whatcom County Code, Section
28 10.04.030.
