RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -056
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 905016 AND THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR
"DRAYTON HARBOR ROAD REPAIR PROJECT"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction Program as
Item No. 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 905016 is formally amended for Drayton Harbor Road Repair Project.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Ram Construction General Contractors
in the amount of their bid of $1,243,810.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
PURPOSE AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION
Preliminary Engineering $ 120,000
Right -of -Way $ 10,000
Subtotal $ 130,000
Construction Contract $ 1,243,810
Construction Engineering/Testing/Contingency $ 130,000
Total $ 1,503.810
