RESOLUTION NO. 2007 --043
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 907012 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR "HAXTON WAY NON - MOTORIZED IMPROVEMENTS; KWINA ROAD
TO GOOSEBERRY POINT."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 907012 is formally established for the Haxton Way Non - Motorized
Improvements; Kwina Road to Gooseberry Point.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Do Construction, Inc. in the amount of
their low bid of $55,297.84
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
