ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 907019 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR "EVERSON - GOSHEN PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION, SMITH ROAD
VICINITY ".
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 28;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 907019 is formally established for the Everson - Goshen Pavement
Reconstruction, Smith Road Vicinity.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders, Inc. in the amount of
their low bid of $187,120.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
Preliminary Engineering $10,000.0.0
Right -of -Way % 0.00
Subtotal 10,000.00
Construction Contract $ 1 97,190-00
