ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 907013 AND THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR WELCOME BRIDGE #332 REHABILITATION: PLANING AND
REPAVING.
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 25;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 907013 is formally established for the Welcome Bridge #332
Rehabilitation: Planing and Repaving.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Co. in the amount
of their low bid of $58,645.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
