RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -020
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 904018 AND THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR
"INNIS CREEK ROAD BRIDGE NO. 126 CONSTRUCTION"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction Program as
Item No. 3;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 904018 is formally amended for Innis Creek Road Bridge No. 126 Construction.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction in the amount of their bid
of $399,487.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
PURPOSE AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION
Preliminary Engineering $ 82,000
Right -of -Way $ 0
Subtotal $ 82,000
Bridge Construction Contract $ 399,487
Construction Engineering/Testing/Contingency $ 60,000
Total 54$ 1,487
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction is to be accomplished by Contract in
accordance with RC W 36.77.020 et. seq.
