RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -014
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 999022 AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
"CABLE STREET, PHASE II —CABLE STREET RECONSTRUCTION"
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2007 Annual Construction
Program under Item No. 7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 999022 is formally amended for Cable Street, Phase 11 —Cable Street
Reconstruction.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Colacurcio Brothers, Inc., in the amount
of their bid of $2,235,560.50.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
