ORDINANCE NO.2007 -015
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING INSTALLING STOP SIGNS
ON VARIOUS ROADS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BAY CREST
WHEREAS, in compliance-with RCW 46.61.200 and 47.36.110, it is found necessary
and expedient to install traffic control signs on certain County Roads; and
13 WHEREAS, the roads listed below were dedicated to the county as a requirement of
14 subdivision approval for Bay Crest Divisions IA, 1B, 2A, 2B, Bay -Crest North Divisions 1, 2,
15 Phases 1 -4 and Bay Crest South and

WHEREAS, upon completion of the road construction, the County Engineer's office
reviewed, inspected, and accepted the roads; and
WHEREAS, it was found that the following newly constructed intersections located
within new subdivisions should be fitted with a stop sign to help control the traffic.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
following be added to the Whatcom County Code Section 10.16.1630 as follows:
