Specifications, and Engineer's Estimate (PSE), Permitting, and a portion of required Righ t-of- Way purchase for the construction of
Lincoln Road from Shintaffer Road to SR 548 (Blaine Road).

ORDINANCE NO. 2007-008
Project Based Budget Request No. 1 for CRP #902008 Lincoln Road, Shintaffer Road to
SR 548
WHEREAS, the 2007 -20012 Six Year Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)
was adopted August 8, 2006; and the 2007 Annual Transportation Construction Program
(ATCP) was adopted by Resolution 2006 -064 on October 24, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a County Road Project identified as No. 902008 titled "Lincoln Road,
Shintaffer Road to SR 548" is listed as project priority no. 8 on both the STIP and ATCP, and
WHEREAS, this is a multi -year capital project requiring budget approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the project numbered CRP #902008
(Lincoln Road) be approved with an initial project budget of $1,200,000.00 as described in
Attachment "A ", and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT, the County Executive shall have authority to
enter into contracts on behalf of the County to complete this project, and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT, this authority shall be for the duration of the
project, and the status of the project shall be reported to the Executive and Council in the
format shown on Attachment "A" quarterly until completion.
