Supplemental #1 requests funding from the Flood Control Zone District Fund:
1) To transfer $240961 to Flood projects now in Storm water;
2) To re-appropriate $ 75,426 to fund Water Resources projects now in Flood Fund.

13 AMENDMENT NO . 1 OF THE 2009- 2010 BUDGET

15 WHEREAS, the 2009 - 2010 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District
16 was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and
17 WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009 - 2010
18 budget ; and
19 WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation
20 by the Board of Supervisors .
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
22 District Board of Supervisors that the 2009- 2010 budget as approved in Resolution 2008 - 082
23 is hereby amended by adding the additional amounts to budgets included therein .
