Supplemental #1 requests funding from the Flood Control Zone District Fund:
1. To appropriate $38, 000 to fund Flood Response and Damage Recovery.
2. To appropriate $125, 000 to fund Flood Planning.
3. To appropriate $350, 000 to fund Floodplain mapping from CTP grant
4. To appropriate $ 755, 640 to fund Repair and Maintenance program.
5. To record a ($1,429,500) reduction in Flood Hazard program appropriation.
6. To appropriate $210, 000 to fund 2010 Enhancement of Natural Resources LOS2.
7. To reappropriate $10, 000 to fund pictometry transfer.

RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -069
(A resolution of the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors)
AMENDMENT NO . 1 OF THE 2010 BUDGET
WHEREAS , the 2009-2010 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District
was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and ,
WHEREAS , changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009-2010
budget; and ,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Board of Supervisors ,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
District Board of Supervisors that the 2009-2010 budget as approved in Resolution 2008-082
is hereby amended by adding the following additional amounts to the budgets included
therein :
