AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO . 904019 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR " MOSQUITO LAKE ROAD MIDDLE FORK BRIDGE NO .
140 REHABILITATION PROJECT"

WHEREAS , this project is included in the officially adopted 2009 Annual Construction
Program as Item No . 7 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council :
That CRP #904019 is formally amended to include the construction of the Mosquito
Lake Road Middle Fork Bridge No . 140 Rehabilitation Project;
The Contract for this project is awarded to Tiger Construction Ltd , in the amount of
their bid of $ 2, 232, 062 . 20 .
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the
County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown :
